>Where'd you get the name?

Preferably shortened as 'Musty' or 'Mustyy' (yes I know it follows the 'AdjectiveNoun' format but just roll with it okay), "MustyYew" originated as a randomly-generated username for my sibling's XBOX account; I then kind of stole the alias as the name for my first YouTube channel, since I thought it sounded cool, and soon enough my online identity as a whole. The town I grew up in had a bunch of Yew trees around local areas as well, which was a pretty cool coincidence.

>What do you like to draw?

Mostly just fan-art of people/things I enjoy. This is a very subtle reference to the fact that I am complete doggy doodoo water at coming up with my own OCs (though I have a couple listed on my ArtFight page anyway). Otherwise I also enjoy doodling random shapes, objects, facial expressions, logo designs and typographical letter formations.

>How is your art made?

A lot of my mainline doodles are made in Microsoft Paint (Windows 10) with an optical computer mouse. The brush I mainly like to use is actually the eraser tool; I'm a pretty big sucker for styles that appear very "compact", and a square shaped brush really adds to that effect.
Other software I tend to use a lot are MediBang Paint Pro and Paint.net (the latter typically for linework and after-adjustments if needed), as well as Microsoft PowerPoint for more graphic-designy stuff.

>What are your inspirations?

Art has ben a pretty big interest of mine for basically as long as I can remember; a lot of inspiration for my style is drawn from shows, books, and other illustrative works I've taken an interest in throughout my life. I didn't watch a lot of tutorials or take any academic classes and I mainly improved my craft from solely looking at other people's stuff.
